We would remove your current system and the engineer would take this away with him on the installation day.
The tank in the loft would be removed as well, however if the loft hatch is too small for the tank to be taken out, this may need to be left if the engineer views it as unsafe to remove.
We also don't remove any steel pipework or existing tanks from a previous boiler system.
