Room Accessibility for Installation

At iHeat we take pride in providing a hassle-free installation process for all of our customers. In order to make sure that your installation runs as smoothly as possible, we have a few requirements we ask all customers to meet.

We ask that customers ensure that all rooms that will be used during the installation are fully accessible, clear and clean prior to our engineer’s arrival. This includes both the room in which a boiler is being removed and installed in and any other rooms within the house that contain radiators.

Not only will this help to avoid any delays on the day, clear and clean rooms also help us to provide a safe installation process. Clearing the space helps to minimise the risk of heavy objects falling onto our engineers during the process of the installation.

On the day of your installation, you will likely be asked to provide access to the attic/loft space (depending on the installation job). Please provide any ladders necessary to access this area so that the installation can run as smoothly as possible.

In order to provide an optimised installation process, we ask that customers make sure all the appropriate rooms are fully accessible, clear and clean prior to our engineer’s arrival.
